To recover from anxiety states, we first must believe that recovery IS possible. However, a huge hurdle for many is shifting the false belief that their mind or brain is permanently defective or wired wrong.
In video 2 of my anxiety recovery series, I provide reassurance and hope for anyone who thinks recovery is not possible by explaining that our brain is constantly changing (through neuroplasticity) and how, over time, we can rewire our brain which will move us into calmer and non-fear-based thinking.
